Pentecost Explored

62: prayer girlWe are looking for loads of churches in London to put on special Pentecost services on the Sunday morning of the festival. This will be an opportunity for all - local church congregations, festival-goers and visitors – to try a different expression of church. It may be meditative, interactive, traditional, DJ-led, in another language, orthodox or a fresh initiative all together; but whatever the style it will be a great opportunity to discover more about Pentecost, its origins, its history. This will also be a great opportunity for the churches to get involved with the festival - to link what is going on in the bars, clubs, parks and streets to what is going on inside the churches.
